Some say, “Laughter is the best medicine.”

Whenever I am feeling stressed or in pain, I have to agree that finding something to laugh about or looking at my situation from a different point of view to find the hidden humor in it helps a lot.

If I should ever lose my sense of humor, I know I am done for.

So pick up the comics, watch a funny movie and laugh. These actions will transform your worried mind into a better, more comfortable place.

Of course I always add a bit of Essential Oil Aroma Therapy to lighten my mood or massage and essential oil into the painful place on my body to help transform the painful mood or spot into a healthier, less painful feeling.
Now go open a favorite essential oil and breath deeply to gain a new perspective.
If you don’t have any oils, try breaking off a small piece of a piney bush or tree, rub it between your fingers and breath its fresh scent deeply into your soul and imagine walking along a forest pathway. Be Happy!

I used the piney bush aroma yesterday after I walked past an memorial to a merchant with a store on my street who I learned had had exited from earth into the spirit realm earlier this week. Just smelling the beautiful natural aroma of a pine tree helped me center and keep on my path to complete an errand. I know he loved this planet and all the living things growing upon it. His cheery smile when ever you passed by his shop will be missed. His healthy attitude towards life was always obvious. And his message about how hemp can help save the planet will live on through his daughter taking over the shop.
An awesome reminder about how every moment is precious that we spend upon this beautiful planet.
I did drink a cup of chamomile essential oil tea to calm my spirit and slept in a room that I diffused YL PeaceAndCalming Essential Oil blend last night to help me fall asleep naturally.
