Essential Oils aid in falling asleep

Getting a good sleep at night is one of the most important steps you can take for regaining and staying in good health.
I have experienced many times that falling asleep was difficult or waking often during the night and not being able to fall back asleep.
Through the years I have developed ways to cope with the challenges in my life that have caused me to have difficulty sleeping.
About 15 years ago, I discovered Young Livings Essential Oils. But even before that, I used some Essential Oils to help ease my mind and disarm uncomfortable situations. I have worn Lily of the Valley and Rose Essential Oils for many years. Those two oils, especially Rose Oil, seem to have a calming effect on people around me.
I find it interesting that no one has ever had a negative thing to say about these scents. More often they would comment upon on how they noticed a lovely scent in a room I was in and would try to locate its source. Sometimes I would ask them what the aroma they were experiencing. More often than not, I found they were enjoying the floral scent that I was wearing. If it felt appropriate, I would mention that I was wearing that Essential Oil, but usually I would leave the source of the aroma a pleasant unsolved mystery for them.
Rose Oil has been my signature scent for many years. I find it has a calming property which is a great added benefit for wearing and diffusing it both during the day and at night. Rose oil can help you feel more relaxed and balanced during the day. At night its ability to instill a sense of well being and a feeling of harmony can aid you to relax your mind into a peaceful space fall asleep at night.
